About Us
The building was constructed after the Beyoğlu fire of June 5th 1870, on the area called Cadde-i Kebir (Grand Rue de Pera) during the reign of Sultan Abdulaziz. It was built as a winter mansion for one of the businessmen on that period, Agop Köçeyan.
